• Anjanasoft IT Re-engineering Project went live reducing batch window and Saving MIPS which was a huge OPEX to the client. Long running batch job that updates all policies in the system every day was re-engineered. Re-engineering helped to reduce the long running jobs by 80% and also made easy for the dependent process to complete on-time.
• Anjanasoft hired and started training new resources in Insurance domain the new entrants are given exhaustive training for 6 months on the CLUE Project followed by an extensive evaluation before inducting them into the teams.
